Specification:
Magnetic plates design of the magnet depends on the feed material, size, flow rate, concentration and feed depth. The design also depends on the flow passage dimensions, width and speed of your belt conveyor.
Installation method: Supplied with deep mounting tapped holes in the back of the plate or four eye bolts, these plate magnets can be rigidly mounted with threaded bolts or suspended above the conveyor belt or the head pulley by eye bolts using cable or chain systems.
Cleaning method: manually remove the collected tramp metal from the face of the magnet.
